I need a one-piece flanged spacer (bushing) for a 12 mm shaft clearance. Main barrel: outside diameter 22 mm, inside through-hole diameter 12 mm, barrel length 14 mm (measured from the underside of the flange to the far end of the barrel). Flange at one end only: flange outside diameter 36 mm, flange thickness 3 mm, concentric with the bore; the barrel grows from the center of the flange on one face. Top and bottom of the flange are flat and parallel; barrel outer surface is straight. Put a light 1 mm fillet on the outer edge of the flange and a 0.5 mm chamfer on the free end of the barrel ID and OD so it slides into holes easier. Single solid, no splits or threads.
